Or that son decides to try and unbend the memory wire in your favorite bracelet, and like a popular stair-climbing toy, we all know that wire never really bends back into place properly. With the Life Happens Guarantee all you need to do is gather up as many pieces as you can find, place them in a small zipper bag and then in a padded mailing envelope. Pop them in the mail to us, along with a note indicating the address you’d like replacement jewelry sent to. We will then either repair the jewelry or send you a complete replacement at NO additional cost to you.
