You can see a pattern in the loops of 2 loops, 5 loops, and then 2 loops. The number 2 represents Discernment, put them together and you have 4, which represents Ruling and Reigning. The 5 loops in the middle represent the Release from bondage of fear and debt.

Blue represents Peace and that which is both Heavenly and Spiritual- Divine Revelation and Spiritual Visitation.

Silver represents the Knowledge of God.
